Acceptance

Definitions

• Client: Any individual or entity that engages CoachMe Pte. Ltd. for coaching services.
• Coach: CoachMe Pte. Ltd. and its representatives providing coaching services.
• Session: A scheduled coaching appointment.
• Services: Coaching services provided by CoachMe Pte. Ltd..

Nature of Coaching Services

• Description: CoachMe Pte. Ltd. specializes in various areas of career development coaching. The services focus on assisting clients in different career stages, including those starting their first job, transitioning to middle management, navigating career paths, and excelling in project management.
• Scope:
  • First or New Job Success: Coaching to overcome challenges and self-doubt in new job roles, aiming to build confidence and address fears and uncertainties.
  • Middle Manager Success: Guidance for new or transitioning middle managers, focusing on building trust, managing team dynamics, and developing leadership skills.
  • Career Navigation Success: Support in making career choices, overcoming self-doubt, and crafting a resilient career path aligned with personal aspirations.
  • Project Manager Success: Tailored coaching for project managers to enhance execution skills, manage relationships, and address setbacks using advisory and traditional methods.

Client Commitment

• Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for actively participating in the coaching process, including honest communication and timely attendance at scheduled sessions.

Fees and Payment

• Fees:
  • Single Session: S$90 per hour.
  • Package Deals:
    • Four-Session Package: S$280 (equivalent to S$70 per session), to be used within 4 months of purchase.
    • Eight-Session Package: S$520 (equivalent to S$65 per session), to be used within 8 months of purchase.
• Payment Terms:
  • Payments are to be made in advance of each session or package.
  • Accepted payment methods will be detailed on the invoice.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged.
  • Refunds for unused sessions in a package are available, subject to a specified cancellation fee.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Policy: Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions with 24 hours notice without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Confidentiality

• The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client, except as required by law.

Liability

• CoachMe Pte. Ltd.’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by Singapore law. The Coach is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Health and Well-being Disclaimer

• Mental and Physical Health: The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy and should not be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.
• No Liability for Illness or Distress: CoachMe Pte. Ltd. and its coaches shall not be liable if the Client experiences mental distress, illness, or other health-related issues before, during, or after participation in the coaching sessions. This includes any issues arising as a direct or indirect result of the coaching process.
• Recommendation for Professional Assistance: If the Client is currently undergoing treatment by a healthcare professional or has been diagnosed with a mental illness, or if such a situation arises during the course of coaching, it is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Coach. The Coach may recommend seeking professional medical or psychological help and reserves the right to discontinue coaching if it is deemed unsuitable for the Client’s condition.

Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of CoachMe Pte. Ltd..

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with [specify notice period – e.g., 30 days] written notice. Conditions of termination and any associated fees should be specified.

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore.

Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Entire Agreement

• This document represents the entire agreement between CoachMe Pte. Ltd. and the Client regarding coaching services.

Amendment

• Amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Acknowledgement

• By engaging the services of CoachMe Pte. Ltd., the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
